    Yes, the bounce house must remain plugged in as the blower keeps it inflated. It will deflate when unplugged.
  • Does the price include set up and delivery?
    Yes, once you book through our online system, all fees are included in the total price.
  • Is there a discount for renting multiple units?
    Yes, we offer discounts for renting multiple inflatables. Please contact us in advance to inquire about discount pricing.
  • Do you deliver to other areas?
    Yes, delivery within 30 miles is included in the total balance. For locations beyond 30 miles, a charge of $2 per mile will apply.
  • What is the typical rental duration?
    Our standard rentals typically run for 4 to 8 hours, but we can adjust the rental period as needed. There is a nominal overnight fee if you wish to keep the inflatable through the next day.
  • Is there a height, age, or weight limit?
    Yes, there are specific requirements for our inflatables, which are clearly labeled on each unit. These include age and height restrictions for safety.
  • What should I do if the inflatable deflates?
    While this is a rare occurrence, remain calm, help those inside the unit exit safely, and then contact us. We will assist you over the phone or dispatch a team if needed.
  • Under what conditions will you not deliver?
    We will not deliver if the remaining balance is not paid by the specified time or if the setup area is not free and clear of debris. Additional charges may apply for a return visit.
  • Are your units sanitary?
    Absolutely. We clean, disinfect, and inspect every inflatable unit before and after each use, as well as upon delivery. Our cleaning process includes vacuuming and using non-allergenic disinfectants both inside and outside the units.
  • Are your inflatables safe?
    Yes, our inflatables are equipped with special safety features, including rugged triple-reinforced seams, secure safety netting, and safety entrance steps, ensuring the safety of your children at all times.
  • What are the safety rules for using inflatables?

  • Are you insured?
    Yes, we carry full coverage insurance for added peace of mind. This allows us to provide our services not only to private residences but also to parks, churches, school events, and more. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.
  • Is a reservation fee required?
    Yes, all orders require a $50.00 reservation fee to secure your date and time. Reservation fees are non-refundable, but you can receive a rain check if you need to reschedule within a year.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments through our secure third-party merchant. Cash is not accepted at the time of delivery, and payments must be made in full 24-48 hours prior to the event.
  • What about parks? Do they have electricity?
    Most parks do not have electricity, so if you plan to set up at a park, ensure electricity is available or consider renting a generator from us.
  • What type of surface can you set up on?
    Our inflatables can be set up on various surfaces, including grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or indoors with a different anchoring system. Please inform us about your terrain when making a reservation.
  • What types of events do you provide rentals for?
    We provide rentals for a wide range of events, including birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate gatherings, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, and more.
  • What is your inclement weather policy?
    We will set up in most weather conditions, except for high winds. In the case of winds exceeding 25 mph, we will contact you to confirm and, if necessary, cancel the delivery for safety reasons.
  • How do I reschedule or cancel due to weather?
    You can cancel or reschedule for any reason, including weather, but payment is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made by 7:00 am on the event day to avoid full payment.
  • Can we add water to a bounce house?
    No, water should not be used with inflatables not designed for such use. We have water units available for rent if you require them.
  • Are we responsible for unit damage?
    You are not responsible for normal wear and tear, but you are accountable for damage resulting from negligence or failure to follow safety rules. A Liability Release Form is part of the booking process.
  • What is your refund/cancellation policy?
    We do not offer refunds for cancellations, as reservations limit equipment availability. To reschedule within a year, call our office with your original reservation date and account name.
